Our coworking, office and event space offers a great location off of 183 and Mopac. The property itself is 50,000+ square foot property with coworking space located on second floor boasting more than 11,000 square feet. Our building is well maintained with plenty of parking for members and guests.
All coworking members and office tenants access Duo Works through a modern reception area where guests and members can check in before accessing the open coworking areas, meeting and offices.
Duo Works has 18 offices in addition to front office reception, beverage service, mail service, and additional meeting and training room space. Office tenants have 24/7 access and most offices offer great views and natural lighting. All members can access our fiber internet. Furniture can be provided for an additional fee.
Office pricing ranges from $900-$8,000 per office per month depending upon size, location, and square footage with leases starting at just 30 days. Prices quoted below are assuming a 3-month lease.

This office boasts 173 square feet and seats 4 team members. Whiteboard included in this space. The office is south facing and gets great natural light and views throughout the day. Furniture can be added at an additional charge. Includes 24/7 access, mail service, beverage service and additional meeting room credits. This room also connects to Office 18 if you are looking for a large two-room office.
Americano Training Room - 870 square feet (**Available July 1)
This office is 870 square feet and can fit up to 22 and can be leased for 3 months. This includes access to our members-only meeting room spaces (up to 20 hours a month), beverage service including filtered water, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, fiber wireless internet, printing station, and open coworking office areas. The room has a built-in kitchenette with a sink and storage area as well as a flat screen tv.

This office is actually two offices in one. It’s 502 square feet and features a front office that could be used as a reception area and a second office attached. With these two spaces, the offices fit 8-10 team members, offers great lighting, floor to ceiling windows and a custom bookshelf for storage. Furniture is available at an additional fee. Includes 24/7 access, mail service, beverage service and additional meeting room credits.
The lounge is a comfortable retreat complete with seating for 12 and two desks that also double as a long office table for meetings. This office is 315 square feet and features floor to ceiling bookshelves. Includes a whiteboard for ideating.
