Our coworking, office and event space offers a great location off of 183 and Mopac. The property itself is 50,000+ square foot property with coworking space located on second floor boasting more than 11,000 square feet. Our building is well maintained with plenty of parking for members and guests.
All coworking members and office tenants access Duo Works through a modern reception area where guests and members can check in before accessing the open coworking areas, meeting and offices.
Duo Works has 18 offices in addition to front office reception, beverage service, mail service, and additional meeting and training room space. Office tenants have 24/7 access and most offices offer great views and natural lighting. All members can access our fiber internet. Furniture can be provided for an additional fee.
Office pricing ranges from $1,000-$8,000 per office per month depending upon size, location, and square footage with leases starting at just 30 days. Prices quoted below are assuming a 3-month lease.

This 236 square foot office boasts built-in cabinets for great storage and a roomy interior that seats up 5 team members with room to grow. Large whiteboard included.
