Cafe Grande
The Café Grande room is the main co-working space. This 1,000 square foot space features modular seating including tables, chairs, and couches. Whiteboards and rollaway tv for presentations are included at no additional charge. This grand meeting space is ideal for evening presentations, networking events, and meetups, and can be booked Monday-Friday from 5:00 PM-10:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM-10:00 PM. The space must be booked at a minimum of 2 hours.
The Café Grande meeting space seats up to 70 or 125 standing for events. Please note that set up is not included. All the furniture you see in photo is included in the room. Additional set-up and after hours fees may apply outside of regular office hours of M-F 8:30 AM-5:30 PM.
Rental Fees: Starting at $150/hour, $550 for 4 hours, or $1,000 for 8 hours
Cafe Ole
This office is 218 square feet and holds 4-6 team members. Calming natural light in a great space to spread out. This room features floor to ceiling windows with an atrium view, whiteboard, fiber internet and access to a rollaway TV for presentations.
Rental Fees: $45 per hour, $160 for 4 hours, or $320 for 8 hours
Frappe
This meeting room boasts 270 square feet and seats up to 4-8 team members comfortably. Perfect for an off-site or a small company training. The office has white boards. Rollaway flat screen tv and polycom available upon request.
Rental Fees: $55 per hour, $200 for 4 hours, or $400 for 8 hours
Vienna
This office is 168 square feet and features a long built in bookshelf. Seats 2-4 team members comfortably and has new carpeting and glass door.
Rental Fees: $45 per hour, $160 for 4 hours, or $320 for 8 hours
Mocha
The Mocha meeting room is 108 square feet and accommodates 2- 3 people. It features a small round table, rolling chairs, a large whiteboard, and fiber internet.
Rental Fees: $30 per hour, $100 for 4 hours, or $200 for 8 hours
Macchiato
This office boasts 180 square feet and seats up to 4 team members comfortably. The office has been newly remodeled with fresh carpet and includes a glass door, fiber internet and access to a rollaway TV for presentations.

Latte
The Latte conference room is 144 square feet and accommodates 2-3 people. The office has a whiteboard, custom built-in shelving, a monitor, ethernet, and a clear glass door making the room feel more open.

Cappuccino
The Cappuccino meeting room is 174 square feet and can accommodate 2-5 people. Floor to ceiling windows offer a lovely wooded view of the outdoor picnic area and great lighting. Office has hardwood floors and a mounted whiteboard.

Breve
The Breve meeting room is 225 square feet and can comfortably accommodate a group of 4-6. Great lighting through floor to ceiling windows, hardwood floors and mounted whiteboard make this office the perfect place for any team meeting.
