The Café Grande room is the main co-working space. This 1,000 square foot space features modular seating including tables, chairs, and couches. Whiteboards and rollaway tv for presentations are included at no additional charge. This grand meeting space is ideal for evening presentations, networking events, and meetups, and can be booked Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM-10:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM-10:00 PM. The space must be booked at a minimum of 2 hours.
The Café Grande meeting space seats up to 75 or 125 standing for events. Please note that set up is not included. All the furniture you see in photo is included in the room. Additional setup and cleaning fees may apply.

The Americano room features atrium views with floor to ceiling windows filling the space with a calming light. The room includes a mini kitchen complete with sink and granite countertops. Americano room guests have access to a wall-mounted television, traditional projector, and whiteboard. This room has its own big screen television complete with HDMI cables and cords to connect instantly.
Tables and chairs can be configured to suit your event. This room has a capacity for up to 60 people theatre style and up to 28 with a boardroom style configuration or 40 for classroom seating. Please note that set up is not included. All furniture is included in the room. Additional set-up and after hours fees may apply outside of regular office hours of M-F 8:30 AM-6:00 PM.

The Espresso room features wooded exterior views with floor to ceiling windows. The room includes a rollaway TV with video conferencing and whiteboards for capturing meeting notes. This room seats up to 16 people boardroom style or 24 in classroom seating. Additional set-up and after hours fees may apply outside of regular office hours of M-F 8:30 AM-6:00 PM.

This office is 225 square feet and fits 4-5 team members comfortably with a whiteboard, additional table seating area, and floor to ceiling exterior windows. Includes fiber internet and a comfortable, creative environment. This office is staged and available as a temporary office to work out of for the hours, day or week. Additional set-up and after hours fees including weekends and after 6:00 PM weekdays may apply.

The Mocha conference room is 108 square feet and accommodates 2-4 people. It features a round table, four rolling chairs, a large whiteboard, and outlets.
